Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how Altech Web Design Inc (“Altech Web Design”) refunds payments for its Services. It is part of our Terms and Conditions of Use.

1. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial that requires no payment method, so no charge is made during the trial. We recommend using it to evaluate every feature before purchasing a paid plan. When the trial ends, the dashboard is closed and the site is permanently deleted unless you have purchased a plan.

2. Monthly paid plans

• First payment: if this is your first purchase of a plan, you may request a refund of the first payment within 7 calendar days of the charge date by writing to contact@altechwebdesign.com from your account email.
• Renewals: renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date; the service continues until the end of the period already paid.
• No partial or prorated refunds are given for unused time after cancellation, or for downgrades in the middle of a period.

3. Non-refundable items

• Domain registration or renewal, certificates and other third-party costs we cannot recover.
• Accounts suspended or canceled for breach of the Terms or acceptable use.
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, design or results when the service worked as described. You can regenerate or edit your site during your plan.
• Custom or setup services already performed at your request.
• Refunds requested after the stated period.

4. Service failures

If a technical failure attributable to us prevents you from substantially using the purchased service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time after your notice, we may, at our discretion, offer a credit, a service extension or a proportional refund.

5. How to request a refund

• Write to contact@altechwebdesign.com with your account email, the charge date and the reason.
• We review requests within 5 to 10 business days.
• If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 additional business days to show it.
• When a refund is approved, the corresponding plan is canceled and your site and data may be deleted.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. If you file a chargeback without first trying to resolve it with us, we may suspend the account and provide the institution with documentation of the service, including these terms.

7. Legal rights

This policy does not limit rights granted to you by applicable law, including Florida law and United States federal law.
